Director and Lead Reliability Consultant
BSc (Hons) Digital and Technology Solutions (Data Analyst)

The business is built on over 20 years of experience in industrial maintenance settings. Leigh's experience covers both hands-on, on the tools emergency breakdown response, and office-based continuous improvement and reliability roles.

That combination of practical shop-floor reality and strategic engineering management is what shapes the advice. Recommendations written without an understanding of how a maintenance team actually spends its week tend not to get followed, and reliability work that stays in the office rarely changes much on the floor.

Who we work with

Small and medium industrial sites

We tend to work with manufacturers and industrial sites within an hour of Carlisle that don’t have a dedicated reliability engineer.

Whether you have an in-house maintenance team or rely on external contractors, we help you rank your equipment, identify failure risks, and put a clear maintenance routine in place that fits your operation.

Flexible support for any engineering setup

We act as an independent reliability resource for regional plants. Whether you need a complete maintenance strategy built from scratch, or extra condition monitoring capacity alongside your existing engineering team, we provide practical, on-site insights that keep your critical equipment running.

How we work

Independent advice

We are a consultancy rather than a supplier, so the recommendation is based on what your equipment needs rather than on what there is to sell.

Work is scoped and priced before it starts, and rates scale with the size of the site, so you know what an engagement will cost before committing to it.

Want an informal conversation about your plant?

Happy to talk through what is failing and what might be behind it, before anyone commits to anything.
